IT Product Owner

Be part of Hilti's Global IT team for Marketing & Sales Solutions where you will drive solutions to improve the way we engage and develop our relationship with our customers. Systematic Account Development is the core of our Market Reach strategy and consists of interrelated elements from designing good territories, focusing on the right customers with a development plan and translating customer needs with a Hilti team into value adding solutions to sustainably strengthen the relationship with the customers. As an IT Product Owner, you will shape strategic roadmap in line with Systematic Account Development and lead activities for grooming, implementation, and operation of your product in close collaboration with your global business stakeholders and your development team.

As an IT product owner, You will create and drive the vision together with future roadmap of Systematic Account Development Solutions. You own every outcome, decision, and related activity including taking decisions based on business impact or economical value and with that prioritize the backlog. You collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements You provide strategic advice in analyzing business requirements, distilling them to actionable plans, crafting fit for purpose architecture design and corresponding Hilti IT strategy and guidelines.

You create user stories for requirements, write technical requirements, and continuously groom the existing backlog with the team. You own the support process of your product. You are empowered to drive adoption of the products within the business community based on real user needs & strategic direction.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields. PhD will be an added advantage.
- Two or more years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile Software Development setting utilizing agile delivery processes and tool chain.
- Strong passion or relevant experience in Marketing & Sales processes.
- A strong personality and focus on achieving results.
- Willingness to embrace new ideas, methodologies and different technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
