To prepare office / administration budgets and get Management approval for execution
- To coordinate with dispatch / driver for daily operation delivery and logistic arrangement
- To coordinate daily maintenance services / work request from branches and arrange manpower to resolve the issue
- To monitor and arrange daily payment requisition for office rental, utility bills, telecommunication bills, stationeries, office and petty cash expenses
- To monitor and renew yearly Company’s vehicle insurance and road tax
- To keep record and maintain proper filing system for Company’s Tenancy Agreement, Sales & Purchase Agreement, Hire Purchase Agreement and etc
- To maintain and update Asset Tagging database for all Company's assets, laptops / desktops, handphone, dental equipment and etc
- To monitor office supply inventory and place order when needed
- To maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and services
- To develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
- To improvise Company’s administration procedures as and when required
- To perform ad hoc assignment as and when required by the Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
