**Responsibilities**:

- Servicing and provide support to existing customers as well as establishing a new customers base.
- Understand customers' needs and requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Attend customers' inquiries on purchase orders, delivery dates and etc.
- Compile sales data on daily order intake, delivery reports on a daily and monthly basis.
- Sales and marketing exposure in online marketing and retailer.
- Monitor issuance of customer feedback and complaint, and coordinate with Logistic Department for delivery matters.
- Provide marketing support functions for the sales department and supply chain management.
- Cross sell company products and services.
- Gather data on marketing trends, competitive products, and pricing and report to Head of Department.
- Identify and acquire new customers, markets, and opportunities.
- Responsible for the achievement of sales targets.
- Product knowledge in dental oral care and related.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time position(s) available
- Must be proactive, enthusiastic, aggressive, and a team player.
- Able to speak in Mandarin or other mandarin dialects will be an added advantage.
- Vacancy is available in Kuala Lumpur.
Able to work IMMEDIATELY

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
