As we expand, we are looking for a **creative and dynamic Marketing Executive** to join our team and drive our K-beauty campaigns forward.

**Responsibilities**
- **Marketing & Campaign Execution**- Assist in planning and executing **marketing campaigns** to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Develop **localised content** for Malaysia’s K-beauty audience, adapting global trends.
- Support **offline events, pop-ups, and in-store activations** with Watsons and other partners.
- **Social Media & Influencer Marketing**- Manage **social media content creation** (writing captions, video editing, engagement).
- Work with **KOLs & beauty influencers** on **Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok, and Instagram**.
- Assist in managing partnerships with influencers and track campaign performance.
- **E-Commerce & Retail Marketing**- Support **Watsons/Guardian Malaysia marketing initiatives** (in-store branding, promotions, digital ads).
- Manage **e-commerce listing/ content** (product descriptions, banners, promotions).
- Create **eye-catching visuals & videos**.
- **Performance Analysis & Growth**- Assist in managing facebook, tiktok, ig and xiaoshongshu advertisement
- Track **marketing performance** using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads).
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve content and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in **Chinese (Mandarin)** and **Malay** (both written and spoken).
- Passionate about **K-beauty** and up-to-date with the latest Korean skincare & makeup trends.
- Experienced in **marketing, social media, and content creation** (2+ years).
- Familiar with **Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook** for brand marketing.
- Able to work independently in a **fast-paced** and creative environment.
