**Job Scope**
- Work closely with internal teams to understand project goals, user needs, and client expectations, and translate them into thoughtful, intuitive digital experiences.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites, web apps, and mobile interfaces.
- Design visually engaging interfaces that align with both the client’s brand identity and best usability practices.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design execution matches intended experience, providing assets, specs, and design support throughout the build process.
- Conduct basic usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on performance and user insights.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh thinking and innovative ideas to each project.
- Support ongoing design improvements by proposing UX enhancements, better visual hierarchy, and improved interaction design.
- Work cross-functionally with content, marketing, and development teams to deliver cohesive, user-centric experiences.

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**:

- Has a strong eye for detail, layout, and interaction design.
- Doesn’t need a specific degree or certificate, we’re more interested in your design thinking, problem-solving skills, and how you approach creating user experiences.
- Can confidently design in Figma and present ideas clearly through wireframes, mockups, or prototypes.
- Has a basic understanding of web development limitations and how design translates into code (you don’t need to code, but you know what’s feasible).
- Communicates well and is open to feedback and collaboration across different departments.
- Bonus if you have experience with usability testing, motion design, or tools like Elementor, Webflow, or Framer — but not a must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
