Part Time Retail Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Part Time Retail Associate:_
- Support day-to-day retail operations as a Brand Ambassador
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers
- Work with the Manager to best handle customer complaints
- Part Time Cashier:_
- Perform cashiering duties and various payment transactions in-store
- Achieve accuracy in handling cash processing and credit transactions in the retail outlet and complying with void bills as per SOPs
- Inventory integrity
- Part -Time Sales Support Associate:_
- Support Back of House’s inventory/ stock movement
- Support day-to-day retail operations
- Can be assigned to sales floor / processing and replenishment / floorset activities

**Requirements**:

- Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holiday
- 3-6 months renewable contract

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 31.5 per week

**Salary**: RM10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
