Develop and implement the brand building and performance focused initiatives through effective campaigns.
- Ensure customer engagement by developing/sourcing content, cross-channel communication, understanding the target market and support product development to make better business recommendations.
- Overseeing the planning, development and execution of marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Use data, qualitative informal research and customer feedback to make evidence-based holistic decisions.
- Oversee the customer engagement across all channels; digital, phone, WhatsApp, and in-store.
- Liaise with external content creators & agencies, to ensure smooth implementation.
- Ensures efficient use of the brand's marketing spend.
