Design ,Implement ,deploy and maintain tools/scripts for auto mating operational tasks across infrastructure
- Responsibility for identifying, recommending, establishing and sustaining tools processes & practices that support process automation solutions
- Design and develop automation solution and define the key performance metrics for the solution
- Liaise with principal/internal/3rd party team to ensure success of projects
- Vulnerability assessment across Production & Non-Production environment
- Ensure infrastructure setup are compliant
- Strong technical and administration skills on Servers platform (Windows, Linux, Aix)
- Deliver technical support and onsite field services
- Perform installation, configuration and maintenance task
- Identify errors, technical problems and determine proper solutions while providing exceptional service and customer support
- Report and interface with senior management
- Communicate and coordinate proficiently with customer requirements
- Provide long-term process/service improvement measures and plans

**QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE**:

- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering or relevant professional qualification
- Knowledge: Strong technical and administration skills on Servers platform (Windows, Linux ,AIX)in all Servers Platform; Virtualization; Network; Database; Middleware technologies; Microservices, Powershell / PowerCLI;Puppet/Ansible;Perl;Ruby;Phyton;Elasticsearch,Logstash;Grafana&KibanaandPowerBI
