**KINETICS SYSTEMS MALAYSIA SDN BHD (494465-U)** **DAILY TASK** - Site assessment, audit, and monitoring for team activities. - Conduct Daily Toolbox Meeting (TBM). - Follow up on open safety items till closure. - Maintains workers’ PPE distribution recordkeeping. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Conduct induction training, safety training and safety audit. - Developing safety policies to prevent losses and accidents. - To lead during emergencies or incidents and preparation for an incident report. - Coordinator for Greenline project and update status report to client. - Responsible for all EHS matters for on-site staff. - Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time. **QUALIFICATIONS** - Computer Literate (MS Office, IE, etc) - Able of handling in Operation of Measuring Instrument. - Must have knowledge of FMA & OSHA & HIRACR. - Housekeeping & 5S - Electrostatic Discharge - Electrical Safety Working hours: 08:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Thurs) / 08:00 - 1700 (Fri) (normal working hours) Working days: Mon - Fri (normal working day) One (1) day rest in every 7 days. Entitle for OT Rate 1.5 (Normal Working Day & Off Day < 8 hours) / 2.0 (Public Holiday & Rest Day 8 hours office hours) - Basic salary RM4000.00 and below. Entitle for Fix Overtime Rate, RM15/hour - Basic Salary above RM4000.00 Contribution of EPF, SOCSO & EIS. Annual Leave, Sick Leaves and Other Special Leaves under company.
