1. Dealing with clients, consultants, and main contractors regarding the status site.

2. Coordinate and liaise with clients and team projects regarding the issue on site, and kick off site.

3. Inform team projects and QS regarding variation order, claim issues on site, RFI or any documents related.

4. Get approval or site verification for claims and documents from site supervisor clients.

5. Liaise with the supplier when goods arrive and collect DO to pass to the Admin.

6. Bring and invite consultants, and clients to the Nursery visit or any requested avenue to visit for the project proposed.

7. Coordinate and inform purchasing to order and deliver goods on time to follow the work schedule.

8. Planning and managing on-site flow progress and updating every day on group team projects, transportation, storekeeper, nursery, manpower, and equipment

9. Update progress on ongoing team projects.

10. Discuss any defect list or solution on-site with clients or consultants until we get the approval and certificate.

11. Conduct, training and briefing to new workers on site

12. Verify and approve worker working time and overtime

13. Inform the office of any discrepancies on site to update the as-built drawing if necessary.

14. Handle and arrange transportation-related issues, such as tire problems

15. Inform the storekeeper of delivered goods and in-out goods.

Applicable Skill & Knowledge:
1. Applicable skill and knowledge to operate machinery and equipment

2. Planning and basic safety awareness on site

3. Leadership and commitment

4. Communicate and negotiation skill

5. Time management skill

6. A working knowledge of project flows as well as the ability to think critically to resolve the problem

7. Knowledge and skills regarding basic planting methods.

Ability to Commute:
Johor Bahru (required)

Ability to Relocate:
Johor Bahru: Relocate before starting work (preferred)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
