Develop and design innovative and visually commercial creative digital graphic for campaign content material, across company’s social media posts, marketing collateral, platform and website based on brand strategy.
- Creatively ideate & produce monthly social media & digital content (photography, videography) for multiple platforms including but not limited to FB, TikTok, Instagram etc.
- Collaborate with the internal team member, HOD and marketing team to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas to achieve project goals, effectively align with our brand and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with other teams or external to conceptualize, visualize and deliver creative content to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs.
- Engage in creative brainstorming and monthly mood board creation to maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines across all elements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh and suitable design concepts into projects.
- Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HOD.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects etc.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as Adobe XD, Figma as an added advantage.
- Past experience in making digital advertisements/video production for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube) or working for an eCommerce business/Agency as an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills internal stake holder and external partner, team-oriented environment.
- Capable of performing efficiently in high-pressure situations and fast-paced environments, meeting tight deadlines with precision and effectiveness.
- Able to complete task given independently, self-motivated and high efficiency.
- Proficient in multitasking, demonstrating strong time management and exceptional organizational abilities
- Applicants must be willing to work in Butterworth/Penang island and possess their own transport.
- Able to travel and outstation, participating in video and photo shooting in various company events and outdoor shooting
- Having passion for fashion and jewellery and drive to make a positive impact through your work

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
