**Experience: 2-3 years**

**Location based: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia**

**Market: Global, English and Chinese**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to promote the company's brand, products, and services across company owned channels (Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube)
- Create, adapt and curate high-quality, engaging educational social media content for Instagram and LinkedIn Newsletter
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, messaging and community engagement
- Manage company product updates on technology review platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and algorithms to optimize content performance
- Assist in the development and execution of other marketing initiatives as needed
- Ability to host and create short-form videos would be a plus

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related discipline
- 2 to 3 years of experience in social media content creation and marketing.
- Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube is a must
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, highly organized
- Professional fluency in English and Chinese is a must
- Basic design skills preferred
- Previous experience in a startup, eCommerce, or technology company is preferred
- SaaS marketing experience is a strong plus
- A fast learner and can quickly adapt to changes
- Strong interest in marketing and SaaS

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
