Client & Stakeholder Relations

Job Tasks

1) Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and

suppliers.

2) Resolve major project issues or disputes.

3) Represent the company in high-level meetings and negotiations.

Human Resources & Staff Management

Job Tasks

1) Lead, motivate, and evaluate departmental managers and staff.

2) Ensure proper staffing, training, and development.

3) Enforce HR policies and company culture.

Compliance & Risk Management

Job Tasks

1) Ensure adherence to safety regulations (DOSH, CIDB, OSHA).

2) Manage permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance.

3) Mitigate operational and legal risks.

Reporting & Communication

Job Tasks

1) Provide weekly reports to the CEO/Board.

2) Communicate company vision and policies to staff and project teams.

Personality & Qualities

Team player, promotes positive working environment, and demonstrates loyalty

and commitment.

Consistent attendance, adherence to disciplinary policies, and the ability to

perform manual handling tasks in a high-load work environment are essential

requirements for role

Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD).

Knowledge of contract law, negotiation, and risk management.

Qualifications and Experience:
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (required).

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Project Management (preferred).

**Experience**:
7+ years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.

Experience in budgeting, planning, procurement, and quality assurance.

Certifications (preferred):
Project Management Professional (PMP)

Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

OSHA Safety Certification
