**ROLE SUMMARY**

The Videographer is responsible for creating compelling video content for various social media platforms, collaborating with different teams to ensure high-quality production, and maintaining video equipment.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**In this role you will**:

- Work closely with the social media team to create video content for various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.
- Strategize & plan video shoots and work collaboratively cross-department/team to acquire talents and products/props needed for the shoot.
- Working closely with the project management team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Video shoot, edit and produce videos for web and mobile platforms.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
- Brainstorm video concepts and create storyboards and scripts to be reviewed by the marketing communication team.
- Maintain video-production equipment (e.g., cameras and microphones)
- Other tasks requested from your supervisor.
- Other relevant duties assigned by your reporting manager / The Management from time to time.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Strong videography skills, including camera operation, lighting, and shot composition.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Scriptwriting and storyboarding skills (a plus).
- Experience working on social media video content (a plus).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, social media, project management).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of various video production equipment.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest video editing trends and technologies.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- videography and video editing: 2 years (preferred)
