JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To handle day-to-day site operations.
- To handle project activities from initial specification to completion and also paperwork
- To attend client’s enquiries and discussion on specification/requirement.
- To coordinate project delivery and arrangement.
- To monitor project schedule and update management on project progress from time to time.
- To prepare project claim report and site report.
- Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies or problems relating to quality of works and ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.
- Co-ordination of all sub-contract works, carried out in accordance with the project schedule.
- Ensure all products/materials are properly identified and stored appropriately on site.
- To perform site inspection and ensure project run according to specification & requirements. Work rectification and handle handover procedure and liaise with client on any issue.
- Supervision and monitoring all direct labours, and sub-contractors.
- To propose or request for manpower to projects.
- Ensure customer’s satisfaction and uphold the company’s reputation.
- To undertake any other related tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
- To perform all aspects of project management function according to ISO Standard.
- Enforce all environmental pollution control and safe working procedures and regulation.
- To handle after project service.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Pleasant personality and able to communicate well with customers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet client’s deadline.
- Resourceful in material sourcing for props and product fabrication.
- Abide to rules and regulations set by the company.
- Work independently with good integrity and great sense of responsibility.
- Knowledge of design is an added advantage.
- Good command of English.
- Required skills : MS Office, AutoCad
- Able to work under pressure, night work, long hours, on weekends or as and when required.
