Responsible for managing, monitoring and contract administration of the project.
- Manage and coordinate all project related contractual matter.
- Responsible for pre and post contract management, monitoring materials. constructions cost and procurement, variation order and final materials.
- Preparation of feasibility studies, cost estimate, tender document & Letter of Award.
- Responsible for measurement and taking-off quantities.
- Evaluate and prepare the project progress claims and verify the sub-contractor's monthly claims.
- Ensure that tender documents, Letter of Award, BQ, contract documents, quotations submission, etc are in order.
- Responsible for tender costing and preparation of tender documents for submission.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in pre-contract or tendering roles.
- Proficiency in contract management and MS Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:
