**Key Responsibilities**
- Enforce Safety Absolute and ensure full EHS compliance in accordance with the industrial standards of Alcom.
- Guide, support and to achieve the department’s monthly target of BBS/7 Safety Absolutes activities, observation and participation rate.
- Attend and manage emergency incident in Plant and inspect emergency equipment (such as FE, emergency light, emergency exit light, eyewash, first-aid kit and etc.) and check emergency work permit related to hot work, permit to work.
- Check chlorine house, dust collector, fume cupboard working condition and compliance checking - air pollution, chemical spill, dust and noise.
- .o investigate and to issue reports on safety incidents.
- Liaise with HR and to take disciplinary action to subordinates if necessary
- Monitor OT and reduce absenteeism and lateness.
- Support quality issue troubleshooting
- Conduct SOP training to operators.
- Monitor, review, report and improve daily shift performance.
- Conduct weekly meeting, inventory and scrap checking..
- To ensure rerolls produced as per specification set in SOP.
- To review and act on HFIs in order to reduce rejected items.
- To respond to customer complaints.
- Lead or involve in Kaizen and CI activities.
- Any other activities as required by management.

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Planning Skills, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills Proactive, resourceful and perform multi-tasking tasks.
- Strong in manufacturing & safety background

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
