1. To handle general administrative duties and to assist maintaining proper filling system, documentation and records.
2. To process and coordinate daily sales order and responsible in day-to-day input activities including S.O, D.O and sales invoices key in.
3. Data entry, prepare Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoice and related documentation.
4. Assist in the coordination of delivery, filing, data entry and invoicing.
6. Taking and handling customers order.
7. Handle E-Commerce platform’s order & inquiries. To complete daily order fulfilment in terms of order arrangement, picking and packing. Able to meet tight deadline.
8. Administrative works supporting operational stuff.
9. Assist any ad hoc task instructed by company/management.
