**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule interview appointment and prepare necessary documents for the interview session
- To work hand in hand with Storekeeper on physical stock count in order to provide updated monthly stock count reports and good returned listing to Management
- Provide supports for sales team by compiling their daily verbal sales, travelling claims and itinerary for submission to Management
- Maintain proper filing
- Perform data entry and update data by using excel spreadsheet
- Ensure renewal of business licence and fire extinguisher licence is renewed
- Plan and manage requisition for stock and consumables item to Management when necessary
- Conduct quality and quantity checks when receiving goods returned from customer or chain store
- To retrieve Purchase Order from B2B portal
- To assist the Managers in correspondence
- To undertake any ad-hoc work as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in office administration
- Mature, proactive, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Willing to learn and a team player
- Good at problem solving and able to assist the Managers
- Good computer skill in Microsoft Excel and Words
- Good communication, inter-personal and multi-tasking skills
- Able to speak, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
