We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team, a leading freight forwarding company. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing marketing strategies to promote our freight forwarding services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business and achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the freight forwarding industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, track industry trends, and stay ahead of competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to clients.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to management.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of successful sales and marketing experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, including import/export, customs clearance, transportation, and logistics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment, with the flexibility to travel as needed.
