Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Actively engage with customers using social media channels
2. Use Japanese language proficiency to reach out to new and existing customers to offer sales support and technical assistance.
3. Respond to inquiries and technical issues related to the products and services we offer.
4. Listen closely and gather information about the customers' objectives, and provide technical solutions to help them achieve those objectives.
5. Use your technical knowledge to help customers identify and understand their needs, as well as to offer customized proposals and solutions on our products.
6. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers through clear communication, problem-solving, and managing expectations.
7. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services to existing customers.
8. Work towards achieving sales targets by generating new business within assigned territories.
9. Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and establish strong collaboration with internal stakeholders.
10. Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities and new technologies.
11. Transfer complex inquiries or issues to senior technical sales personnel whenever needed.

Qualifications:
1. Fluent in Japanese is required, with proficiency in English.
2. A strong background in customer service and technical sales, with a proven track record demonstrating business success.
3. In-depth understanding of social media channels and their best practices for promoting products and services while maintaining brand integrity.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
5. Customer-centric and proactive in anticipating customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales.
6. Knowledge of channel sales strategies and lead generation.
7. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, adapt to changes quickly, and manage multiple priorities while ensuring attention to detail.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and experience in conflict resolution.
9. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
10. A strong sense of customer empathy and resilience towards challenging situations.
11. Experience in using Salesforce and other CRM tools is an asset.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM8,100.00 per month
