**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**: Lead and supervise store associates, ensure task delegation, and provide performance feedback.
- **SKU Management**: Upload and update product SKUs in the system, ensuring accurate inventory and product details.
- **E-Commerce Management**: Post promotions, manage stock, and maintain pricing across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and the store's website.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize in-store events, sales promotions, and product displays in collaboration with marketing.
- **Stock and Pricing**: Monitor stock levels, update pricing regularly, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
