**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update QAQC documentation, including inspection reports, test results, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and checklists.
- Assist in preparing QA/QC reports and quality-related documents for internal and client submissions.
- Coordinate and schedule inspections, testing, and audits in collaboration with QAQC Engineers and Supervisors.
- Ensure that all quality documentation is properly filed, organized, and accessible for audit and review purposes.
- Follow up with production and site teams to collect and compile required quality-related data and reports.
- Maintain calibration records of measuring and testing equipment used in the production of precast elements.
- Track and monitor material certificates, concrete cube test reports, and other test records to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Assist in documenting and issuing internal memos related to quality issues, improvements, or updates to procedures.
- Support QAQC team during audits by preparing documentation and facilitating auditor requests.
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, and correspondence for the QAQC department.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
