**Job Title: Administrative/Account Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:Assist in general office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and redirect queries to the appropriate departments or individuals.

**Accounting Assistance**:Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Input financial data into the accounting system and ensure accuracy in records.
Help with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Support in reconciling invoices and resolving any discrepancies.

**Documentation and Record-Keeping**:Maintain and organize financial records and documents in both physical and digital formats.
Update and manage databases, spreadsheets, and reports as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in record-keeping.

**Communication and Coordination**:Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to collect necessary information or resolve issues.
Assist in maintaining communication with clients, suppliers, and other relevant parties.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (SQL) and MS Office (particularly Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

**Education and Experience**:

- SPM, Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or relevant field is a plus.
- Prior experience in administrative and basic accounting roles is preferred.

**Working Conditions**:This position generally operates in an office environment. Some flexibility in working hours may be necessary based on workload and business needs.
