**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably Bachelor's Degree in TCM or equivalent related qualification.
- Additional certifications or qualifications related to training and education are a plus.
- Substantial clinical experience as a TCM physician and therapist.
- Demonstrated proficiency in acupuncture, herbal medicine, or other therapy-related modalities.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible approach to training methodologies, accommodating different learning styles.
