**Responsibilities**:
- 1. Monitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors.
- 2. Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings.
- 3. Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.
- 4. Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
- 5. Assesses inventory and requests resupply when necessary.
- 6. Plating and presenting meal items under the supervision by superior.
- 7. Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers with adheres to sanitation policies.**Benefits**:
