**Responsibilities**:

- Support Internal Audit Manager to develop and complete the Annual Audit Plan based on risk based methodology and performs the audit or special assignments as directed by the Internal Audit Manager.
- Meant to be the successor of the Internal Audit Manager and should be able to run the department smoothly in absent of the Internal Audit Manager.
- On annual basis, support Manager to prepare Annual Internal Audit Plan and Budget by gathering information and conduct preliminary analysis.
- Plan and execute audit assignment in consideration of timing, audit quality and budget.
- Develops and maintain audit working papers that adequately support the audit findings and work performed.
- Conduct exit meetings to communicate audit findings to the audited-parties/entities and suggest rectification measure with agreed timeline.
- Prepare audit reports, highlight findings and analyse the relevant potential impacts and give practical recommendations to Management.
- Conduct follow up audits and prepare status report on management’s action plans.
- Perform ad hoc assignments and investigations on areas of concern as and when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Degree / professional qualification in accounting/finance, engineering or information technology. Preferable with or acquiring Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Internal Audit with at least 1 years at Audit Executive level
