**About the Role**

**Key Responsibility Areas**:
**Strategic Planning**
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure communication efforts are integrated with business objectives.

***Media Relations**
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets and journalists.
- Prepare press releases, statements, and other media materials, and act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries.

***Internal Communications**
- Develop and execute internal communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Facilitate communication channels to foster a transparent and inclusive corporate culture.

***Brand Messaging**
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate brand messages into communication materials.

***Crisis Communication**
- Develop crisis communication plans and act as a spokesperson during times of crisis.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage and mitigate reputational risks.

***Content Creation**
- Create compelling written and visual content for various platforms, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media.
- Ensure content reflects the organization’s values and resonates with the target audience.

***Integrated launch Plans**
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for product launches, corporate initiatives, and events.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure seamless execution of communication strategies.

**Measurement and Analysis**
- Implement metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and improve future communication efforts.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful communication strategies for product launches, corporate initiatives and events.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional efforts.
- Crisis communication experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
- Media training and crisis communication certification is advantageous.
- Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools.
