QA Tester

Summary:
**Objective**:
To develop and maintain test plans and test cases, execute and document test results, and provide feedback on software usability and user experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing test plans and test cases based on software requirements.
- Perform manual and basic automated testing using tools such as Katalon, JMeter, or similar platforms.
- Document test results clearly and accurately, ensuring traceability to requirements.
- Identify, record, and track bugs through resolution with the development team.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Support the preparation of test documentation, including test scripts, reports, and checklists.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.7 and above (for fresh grads)
- Basic hands-on experience in developing test plans and test cases.
- Basic exposure to test documentation practices.
- Familiarity with using tools such as Katalon, JMeter, or other automation/performance testing tools is an advantage.

- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Working location: Medini, Johor Bahru
- Salary: up to RM 4000
- Status: Contract
- Duration: 1 year

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
