**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for monitoring the overall improvement project for the entire network.
- Monitoring the delivery of the outlets through data analysis and liaising with respective PIC for improvement.
- Monitoring the progress of pick-up and delivery for on-time signing and actual delivery scan at the outlets and liaising with respective PIC for improvement.
- Follow up on the outlets' loss and damage complaint data, and analyze and improve.
- Frequently visit branches to identify any problem and suggest improvement.
- Provide corresponding data support for outlet operations.
- Other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities as and when required.

**Job Requirement**:

- Possess working experiences on related field will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Possess own transport as the job required to travel (visit branches)
- Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia (required), Mandarin(preferred).

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
