**Tech Lead**:

- UI / UX**

**Tech Lead 7+ years**
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5/CSS3/Bootstrap4 and NEXT JS, integration with API gateway and Microservices
- Must be strong with multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, ES6)
- Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as NextJS)
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
- Familiar with Restful APIs and understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Basic knowledge on Node.js
- Understanding of standard and best practices for UI/UX development
- Understanding of headless commerce architecture
- Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them.
- High degree of independent judgment.
- Able to solve complex problems
- Knowledge on Agile Concepts
- Experience working in Sprint Agile delivery, scrum
- daily stand ups
- Experience in developing multi-lingual frontend and content (English and Bahasa)
- Experience in client side security, encryption, token management
- Experience in integration using SDKs with OCR engine, chatbot, live chat agents etc
- Tech lead for frontend development
- Align to headless commerce architecture for frontend
- Define LLD for implementation
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Translation of UI/UX wireframes to visual elements
- Guide junior UI/UX developers
- Validate UI/UX design for implementation
- Attend Scrum Daily Standups
- Implement/Develop using NextJS and typescript
- Code Check In, versioning and deployment process review
- Fix defects
- Building reusable code and libraries for future use
- Develop wireframes
- integrate with API gateway for backend APIs
- Test and Validate APIs for input and output specifications
- Technical governance for coding standards and Swagger documentation for frontend development
- Validate and Govern tools and services used for development, configurations and environment sizing
- Develop backend portal for upload/download of documents, workflows for approvals and review by employees/staff, access management
- Participate in scrum calls and backlog planning
- Lead security design and best practices for frontend
