JOB VACANCY

POSITION - FINANCE EXECUTIVE

LOCATION - KAPAR, KLANG

SALARY - RM 4000-6000

1. Support to Group Accountant
- Assist in the preparation of Group Financial accounts, financial statements, and management reports.
- Review and validate financial data from related parties and business units to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide financial analysis and insights for decision-making.

2. Internal Controls & Compliance
- Monitor, test, and enhance the effectiveness of internal control systems across the Group.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS), and tax regulations.
- Identify process/control gaps and propose corrective action plans.

3. Automation & Process Improvements
- Lead or support finance process improvement projects, including implementation of automation tools, ERP system enhancements, and digitalization initiatives.
- Review existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Champion continuous improvement culture within the finance team.

4. Internal Auditing & Risk Management
- Conduct internal audits on selected processes, accounts, and business units.
- Prepare audit findings and reports with clear recommendations.
- Assist in risk identification, monitoring, and implementation of mitigation strategies.

5. General Finance Duties
- Oversee reconciliations, journal postings, and month-end closing activities.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and other stakeholders as required.
- Support special projects, ad-hoc analysis, and assignments directed by the Group Accountant.
