**Title: SAP MM Support Analyst**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide timely support for SAP MM users, resolving issues in procurement and inventory management.

2. Investigate and address root causes of SAP MM problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

3. Monitor system performance, ensuring data integrity and proactively addressing potential issues.

4. Maintain accurate documentation for SAP MM configurations and procedures.

5. Conduct training sessions for end-users and stay updated on SAP MM features.

6. Participate in SAP MM system enhancements, upgrades, and testing.

7. Generate and analyze reports to monitor SAP MM performance and compliance.

8. Communicate effectively with end-users, project teams, and management regarding system updates and issue resolution.a

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
