As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing engaging and relevant content to promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, driving customer engagement, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Development**:

- Create compelling and high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and newsletters.
- Develop content that showcases our food and beverage offerings, highlights key features, and communicates the brand story effectively.

**Social Media Management**:

- Plan and execute social media content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and others.
- Generate creative and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and captions, to increase brand awareness and engagement.

**Collaboration with Culinary Team**:

- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to understand new menu items, seasonal offerings, and unique food experiences to create content that resonates with the target audience.

**Market Trends and Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, food culture, and emerging technologies to incorporate fresh and relevant ideas into content creation.

**SEO Optimization**:

- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic to our platforms.

**Community Engagement**:

- Foster a sense of community by engaging with the audience through comments, messages, and user-generated content. Encourage user participation and feedback.

**Content Analytics**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-driven analysis.

**Collaboration with Marketing Team**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align content strategies with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

**Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging across all content channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably in the food and beverages industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using content creation tools, graphic design software, and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Creativity and a passion for food and beverages.
- Willing to travel to another outlet (if needed).

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
