**Job Resposibilities**:

- Provide support to customers' inquiries by providing accurate information regarding courier services, pricing and shipment solutions.
- Manage, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing domestic and international parcels accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Ensure team members achievement towards KPIs and monitor their development progress.
- Provide regular updates and resolution on business challenges, customer satisfaction and account receivables.
- Provide feedback and recommendation to further improve business operations
- Analyse and monitor territory performance data to measure success and identify fluctuations/trends to decide on the relevant actions to be taken.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least SPM education qualified.
- At least 2-3 year experience in courier services, retail or a similar role is preferred.
- Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to use computer and basic skill in Microsoft Excel.
- Possess energy, integrity a positive attitude, hardworking, independent and customer service oriented.
- Able to work commit retail hours, on weekends and also able to rotate around different store location as and when required.
