**Freelance Education & Child Counsellor cum Youth Motivation Speaker**

To further this mission, we’re seeking an experienced and passionate Education & Child Counsellor cum Youth Motivation Speaker to deliver impactful advice and motivation to parents and students alike.
**Role Overview**:
As our Education & Child Counsellor cum Youth Motivation Speaker, you will:
- Conduct **quarterly webinars** for parents (aged 35 to 55) of primary and secondary school students.
- Share actionable advice on parenting strategies, academic success, and emotional resilience.
- Motivate parents to actively partner with YW to support their children’s growth.
- Inspire students through motivational talks focused on confidence, focus, and self-development.
- Optionally travel overseas to conduct **on-site seminars/workshops** when required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Webinars & Online Engagement**:
Host live, engaging webinars to address common parenting and academic challenges.
Provide tailored advice on partnering with YW’s programs to achieve optimal student outcomes.
**2. Parent Guidance**:
Share insights into managing academic pressures, nurturing emotional intelligence, and fostering a growth mindset.
**3. Youth Motivation**:
Deliver impactful talks to inspire students to set goals, overcome obstacles, and build self-confidence.
**4. Collaboration with YW**:
Work closely with YW’s team to align messaging with the company’s values and educational strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
Proven track record as an Education Counsellor, Youth Coach, or Motivational Speaker.
Experience working with parents of children aged 7 to 16 years old.
- **Skills**:
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Knowledge of Singapore’s education system is a bonus.
- **Flexibility**:
Willingness to travel overseas for on-site seminars (bonus, not mandatory).
- **Technical Proficiency**:
Comfortable with online webinar tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
