As a Security Personal at Pulse Grande Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of associates, guests and visitor. You will do this through a warm, attentive and professional approach to hospitality and security. You will need to be a great team player, fitting into a dynamic team that closely works alongside other departments who all have the same goal at delivering an exceptional experience for our guests.

**JOB SUMMARY**:

- Patrol all areas of the property
- Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system
- Lock property entrances when required
- Conduct daily physical hazard inspections
- Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required
- Assist guests/employees during emergency situations
- Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents
- Defuse guest/employee disturbances
- Call for outside assistance if necessary
- Complete incident reports to document all Security related incidents
- Handle all interruptions and complaints
- Resolve safety hazard situations
- Escort any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation
- Report to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts
- Call for assistance using proper code responses
- Complete a Security shift summary/daily activity report. Maintain confidentiality of all Security and property reports/documents; release information only to authorized individuals
- Conduct investigations and gather evidence
- Immediately reports and turns over lost and found articles to Housekeeping office, following required procedures at all times.
- To ensure the safe employment of ride-on buggies provided to the hotel guests.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or hospitality preferred
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and security protocols
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Basic knowledge of first aid and fire safety procedures
- Professional appearance and demeanor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
