Outdoor Advertising Agent

The number of our employees is constantly growing, as is the workload of the customer service team. Therefore, now we are looking for an extra employee to join our team in Sungai Petani.

**Most of the work will be related to outdoor activities, such as**:

- participation in promotional campaigns outside the office (distribution of advertising materials, like business cards, pamphlets, leaflets, etc.) to spread the brand awareness in the city.
- approaching potential business partners of the company with propose of extensive and fruitful cooperation.
- work with promoters, helping in organization of their work.

**Additionally, if required by immediate Supervisor**:

- processing requests and feedback from passengers and drivers after trips (live chat, outbound calls, face-to-face);
- tracking the quality of the provided service and handling objections.

**Requirements**:

- Strong command of English language;
- **Background in Sales, Outdoor Promotion or Advertising is preferred**;
- Positive attitude, highly developed communication and networking skills (ability to make right connection with customers and obtain high-quality leads);
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage the time accordingly;
- Critical thinking / problem-solving skills.
