**Key Responsibilities**:
**Engaging Sales & Customer Acquisition**:
Build rapport and understand customer needs to recommend our Primary and Secondary English tuition programs.

Convert leads into satisfied clients by showcasing the benefits of our tuition services.

**Relationship Building**:
Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and follow up consistently.

Foster strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.

Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed decisions about their education needs.

**Creative Market Research & Strategy**:
Conduct market research to uncover new sales opportunities and stay ahead of trends.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.

Provide valuable feedback to improve our services and sales techniques.

**Efficient Administrative Duties**:
Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.

Prepare and present sales reports to track your success.

Participate in virtual sales meetings and training sessions to stay sharp.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:
Previous sales experience, ideally in the education or tutoring sector.

Familiarity with Singapore's Primary and Secondary English language tuition services is a bonus.

Fluent in English at an academic level (familiar with technical jargons such as grammar - prepositions, auxiliary verbs, conjunctions, modals etc)

**Skills & Abilities**:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Goal-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.

Strong problem-solving skills and resilience to handle objections.

**Technical Requirements**:
Reliable internet connection and a comfortable home office setup.

Proficiency with online communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
