- Operate cameras during the livestream, capturing the product of the brand and other relevant shots as directed.
- Operate streaming software during the livestream, able to communicate effectively with producers and cue camera operators to capture desired footage and shots as per production requirements.
- Support other teams by sharing production-related knowledge and expertise, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Ensure smooth and timely preparation pre-show, including checking and adjusting camera angles, lighting, and other technical elements before and during the show.
- Handle audio setup by managing and assisting with the preparation of hosts/guests' microphones before and during the show.
- Monitor the show in real-time, staying alert and be ready to handle any technical issues that may arise, such as camera malfunctions or audio glitches.
- Suggest improvements to enhance the livestream quality, such as camera angles, lighting adjustments, or technical setups.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned, which may include assisting with set changes, troubleshooting equipment issues, or providing support in other production-related areas.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably mass communications
- Strong understanding on live streaming softwares such as OBS, Vmix, xSplit
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in camera operation, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
- Solid understanding of livestream production processes and the ability to support other teams with production-related knowledge.
- Fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin added advantage) to handle livestreams in different languages.
- Able to work on live streams with non-Halal products.
- Familiar with setting up lighting, cameras and audio for the studio
- Production problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly for broadcast-related matters.
- Understand the technical aspect of broadcasting and live streaming.
- Basic knowledge of audio equipment operation (mixer, microphone).
- Basic knowledge of editing softwares such as Adobe Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
