Job Description:
Job Scope:

- Recruitment and Staffing: Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries. Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and issues. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems and ensure they are effective and aligned with organizational goals. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management issues.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Develop and implement employee training programs.
- Compliance and Record Keeping: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage employee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes. Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend compensation strategies.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure HR practices are aligned with business needs and legal requirements.

Job Requirements:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR management role.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal).

Availability:

- Ability to work 20hours per week
- Availability to attend meetings as and when required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
