Internship (Remote) - Mobile App Developer

Make meaningful contributions to the company and potentially become a part of it after your internship. This role may allow you to generate creative ideas and solutions for clients, learn real world experience and grow with the AI trends.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **UI/UX Integration**: Collaborate closely with the design team to implement pixel-perfect user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- **Code Quality**: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and refactor existing code as needed.
- **API Integration**: Integrate backend services, RESTful APIs, and third-party libraries to fetch and display data within the app.
- **Collaborative Development**: Work with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver feature-rich, intuitive, and user-friendly mobile apps.
- **CI/CD Participation**: Participate in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes, including testing, quality assurance, and bug fixes.
- **Documentation**: Create extensive documentation for new and existing codebases.

**Internship Program**

The internship program offers a comprehensive learning experience within a **Research and Development (R&D)** environment. Interns are expected to work independently, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in finding solutions to assigned tasks and challenges. The program is structured in the following stages:

- **First Phase: Study** - Interns will independently engage with provided Udemy courses to build foundational knowledge, fostering self-directed learning.
- **Second Phase: Assessment**:

- Assignments designed to evaluate understanding and problem-solving abilities will be assigned, to be completed within specified deadlines.
- **Third Phase: Production**:
Throughout the internship, interns are encouraged to think critically and innovatively, embodying the independent spirit essential in R&D settings.

** Please note**
- This is remote internship with **no allowance**. Interns will have online meetings weekly to discuss tasks, workflow, and necessary updates.
- The successful Interns will receive a **recommendation letter** and be entitled to a project-based position with at the end of the internship if they meet the KPIs and achieve the company's expectations.
- **Project-based positions** are eligible for a commission based on successful project outcomes, company, and/or individual performance, set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings from the prior year.
