**Job Responsibilities‌‌** - Production line operation and emergency management‌ - Take over the production line management responsibilities when the team leader is absent, ensure the uninterrupted execution of the production plan, and coordinate the resolution of emergency issues such as sudden equipment failures and personnel deployment.‌ - Establish twenty four24-hour emergency response mechanism, formulate cross-shift collaboration plans - Capacity planning and process optimization‌ - Lead mid - to long-term capacity planning (e.g. quarterly/Annual capacity estimation), adjust production line layout according to market demand, and promote annual improvement - Optimize production process (such as winding, assembly, and testing), introduce lean production tools (such asVSMValue stream analysis), reducing the manufacturing cost - Team management and talent training‌ - Develop a training plan for squad leaders and deputies,“Rotational System""Case Review” - Mechanisms such as these will improve grassroots management capabilities and ensure that the talent reserve coverage rate for echelons is ≥90%. - Regularly organize skill competitions and standardized operation assessments to promote the certification rate of all team members 100%.‌ - Indicator acceptance and cross-departmental collaboration‌ - Collaborate with the supply chain and quality departments to complete supplier audits, process change verification and closed-loop management of customer complaints‌ - **Qualifications‌‌**: - Education and language skills‌‌ - Chinese‌ and‌ English‌ Fluent (need to pass bilingual interview), able to read technical documents and host pre-shift meetings - Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial engineering, mechanical manufacturing, automotive engineering, etc. is preferred‌ **Work experience and skills‌‌** - More than 10 years of experience in production management in the automotive seat motor industry‌, familiar with motor production technology (such as stator winding, rotor dynamic balancing) - Master ERP/MES System operation, with data modeling capabilities (such as PythonorPower BIAnalyze production bottlenecks).‌ - Management skills and professionalism‌ - Previously managed production team with cross-cultural team leadership experience (such as cooperation between China and Malaysia), good at goal decomposition and pressure transmission‌ - Accept high-intensity work rhythm (such as monthly business trips ≥5Days), with keen insight into cost control and technological innovation.‌ Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Professional development Schedule: - Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: - Attendance bonus - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
