Your role in HEINEKEN

As a Data Steward, you will lead our data governance efforts by spearheading our quality improvement efforts, aligning key stakeholders to uplift our data creation processes, enhance data related business processes, kickstart Collibra set-up and usage.

In this role, you will also:

- Analyse unalignments based on Data Quality Dashboard
- Suggest improvements to the local masterdata
- Lead cross-functional team of MDM specialists, business owners to align to global requirements
- Lead the roll-out from DMW tool from the OpCo’s side
- Lead DMW cleansing efforts
- Nominate and align with key stakeholders for master data across the business
- Set up data ownership for all relevant master data items
- Start using Collibra along with key stakeholders in the business for increased awareness of data quality standards

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Min. 5 years’ experience
- SAP Masterdata knowledge
- HEINEKEN EDM and Global HEINEKEN Masterdata process knowledge
- Mendix knowledge
- Ability to explain complex technical processes in an understandable manner to non-technical business stakeholders
- Ability to positively influence stakeholders to work towards achieving a common goal
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrates thorough ownership of tasks & projects
- Ability to drive a project
