SAP Manager

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of solid experience in IT system operations and management, with at least 5 full cycle SAP R3 4.7 - ECC6. Project implementation experiences, upgrade to S4 experience highly preferred
- Present to PMO, Steering committee, lead user and technical team
- Hands-on SAP configuration and architecture knowledge and experience in modules: FICO, MM, SD, PP (Any 2 modules need to be proficient)
- Experience in business process re-engineering, business transformation, digital transformation implementation (preferred)
- Strong business sense and excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- SAP Certificate will be an advantage.
- Project Management certification is a plus.
- Independent, responsible, good negotiation, problem solving skills and a good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skill.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
- Occasional travel is required.
- Lead global SAP implementation projects to ensure adherence to established project governance framework, standards, tools, policies, and procedures.
- Plan, coordinate and manage end-to-end project activities to ensure achievement of all project objectives.
- Identification and mitigation of project risks
- Deploy and manage resources and manage vendors' performance to achieve project objectives.
- Engage related stakeholders and promptly resolve issues.
- Ÿ Taking up project management to support the strategic direction of the organization, analyzing program risks, monitor project schedules to make sure project goal is achieved, producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement, implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Stakeholder Management to enable the effective communications and transparent the project issues and decisions.
- Work in the end-to-end implementation, Support, data migration, and roll-out projects with all phases of design, build, test, and implement.
- Conduct workshops and work collaboratively with various levels of management and key users to understand and transform these requirements into the technical designs.
- Define system strategy and architecture.
- Create test plans/cases/execution for product testing and data conversion.
- Responsible for solution design, hands on implementation including system configuration and data migration, coordinate different teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Extensively involved in Data Migration/Cutover activities such as Master data and Transaction Data
- Documents new and existing models, solutions, and implementations
- Partner with Business functional analysts to define and visualize KPIs and metrics.
- Conduct user training.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
