You’ll be part of our claims team, working on real-life insurance cases and helping customers get the support they need. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do:
**Claims Registration**
- Review documents and confirm policy details.
- Register claims in our system and ensure all details are accurate.
- Follow up with claimants or lawyers for any additional information needed.

**Claims Payments**
- Conduct background checks on businesses and individuals (don’t worry, we’ll guide you).
- Use automation tools to assist with account setup.
- Prepare payment requests and coordinate approvals to keep things moving smoothly.

Experience/Education:

- Diploma / Degree holder in Business Admin.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,050.00 per month
