We are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Night Shift Café Crew. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth overnight operations of the café

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to café standards
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the POS system
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels during the shift
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including dining and kitchen areas
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
- Perform nightly cleaning routines and closing tasks as required
- Report any equipment issues or customer concerns to the supervisor
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive work environment

- _Mengamanahkan rutin pembersihan malam dan tugas penutup seperti yang diperlukan_
- _Laporkan sebarang masalah peralatan atau kebimbangan pelanggan kepada supervisor_
- _Bekerja secara kolaboratif dengan ahli pasukan lain untuk mengekalkan persekitaran kerja yang positif_

Requirements and skills
- Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
