**Responsibilities**:

- To assist Supply Chain Manager analyzing overall operation activities and identifying area for continuous improvement.
- To assist Supply Chain Manager preparing report, maintaining records & ensure ISO documents is up to date.
- To oversee daily operations to ensure that policies & procedure are followed, targets are met & services are provided efficiently.
- Managing import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
- To understand and comply with company policies and directives.
- Liaise and coordinate with forwarding agent for export shipment and preparation of required shipping documentation.
- Negotiate and evaluate price, term & condition is competitive and meet the company quality requirements.
- To take part in complaints, investigation, and preventive action.
- Performing other duties or projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent with 3 years working experience in related field.
- Good communication in Malay, English and others dialect would be added advantage.
- Must be self-starter, strongly motivated, result-oriented, and multi-tasking.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, tight deadline, under pressure and committed.
- Familiar with export and import shipping docs such as Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instruction, BL, Certificate of Origin and other documents for custom clearance/declaration.
- Good working attitude, strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to lead and supervise a team.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
