Key Responsibilities
- Create original illustrations and visual designs that align with the brand's aesthetic and objectives, utilizing both traditional and digital mediums.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative projects, including digital and print materials such as advertisements, social media graphics, website assets, packaging designs, and more.
- Interpret design briefs and project requirements to deliver high-quality, on-brand visuals within established timelines, leveraging your experience to provide creative solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the visual identity of our brand and products, drawing on your experience to offer valuable insights.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure consistency and coherence across all visual assets and campaigns, maintaining a cohesive brand image.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to colleagues, leveraging your experience to mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Adapt and iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders, using your experience to effectively address client and team requirements.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets for easy access and future reference, utilizing your organizational skills to streamline workflows.
- Occasionally assist with other design-related tasks and projects as needed, leveraging your versatility and adaptability to contribute to various initiatives.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience as an illustrator and visual designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in digital illustration, typography, layout design, and branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software, with demonstrated experience in creating high-quality visual assets.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition, supported by your professional experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas, drawing on your experience to communicate with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling, honed through your professional experience.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, utilizing your experience to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities, leveraging your experience to effectively navigate changing circumstances.
- Passion for creativity and a desire to push the boundaries of visual design to create engaging and memorable experiences for our audience, demonstrated through your professional work.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D modeling is a plus, showcasing your versatility and willingness to explore new techniques and mediums.
