**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Assist the Company events and activities such as Ride The Raider and etc.
- Assist the Executive to coordinate all the event operations.
- Assist in planning events from start to finish in line with project objectives and requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of events strategies to maximize participation attendance and engagement.
- Assist in planning and preparing event budgets.
- Support negotiates with suppliers, vendors and work closely with procurement team on event forecasts.
- Support raising awareness and driving more registration & revenue for the Company events and activities via social media.
- Support in the creation and management of event and activities.
- Coordinate with institution, cooperation, corporates and customer on RTR activities.
- Documentation and correspondences of events.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Marketing, Event Management or related field.
- Possess experience in event planning and event implementation is essential.
- Excellent communication, Interpersonal abilities and problem solving.
- Basic understanding of event management, budgeting and negotiation skills.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Customers oriented, event management and people management.
- Able to travel and work on the extended hours and weekends for the events and activities.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
